- The manuscript must be original and must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication in any other journal.
- The submission file must be prepared in Microsoft Word format.
- The manuscript must strictly follow the Author Guidelines and submission requirements prescribed by the journal.
- The Economic Prosperity Journal of Commerce and Management Association is a half-yearly (biannual) multidisciplinary journal.
- Authors are informed that the publication process may take a few months, as the journal follows a half-yearly publication schedule along with a thorough peer review process.
- This is a free distribution journal, and all published articles are made freely accessible to readers.
- The journal charges only nominal processing fees, which are applicable after the acceptance of the manuscript.
- The journal does not publish articles in exchange for payment. All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure academic quality and integrity.
- Only those manuscripts that successfully pass the review process and incorporate all required revisions will be considered for publication.
- The nominal processing fee is charged solely to support the operational and publication costs of the journal, as it is a self-financed academic initiative without external funding, sponsorship, or advertisement support.

GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS
The Economic Prosperity Journal of Commerce and Management Association is a half-yearly, double-blind peer-reviewed, refereed multidisciplinary journal. It publishes research in diverse areas such as Commerce, Economics, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Strategic Decision Making, and other domains of Social Sciences. The journal aims to disseminate quality knowledge that promotes sound professional management practices and provides valuable insights for academicians, researchers, and practicing managers.
MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION
- Manuscripts must be submitted in MS Word format.
- The text should be double-spaced, with 1-inch margins, using Times New Roman, font size 12, black.
- Authors must provide a valid email address at the time of submission.
Cover Page (First Page)
The first page should include:
- Author Name(s)
- Designation
- Institutional Affiliation with full address (including PIN/ZIP code)
- Email ID
Note: Author names and affiliations must not appear anywhere else in the manuscript to ensure a blinded peer-review process.
MANUSCRIPT STRUCTURE
- The main manuscript should begin from the second page.
- It must include:
- Title of the Paper
- Abstract
- Keywords
- Main Text
Word Limit
The manuscript should not exceed 6500 words, including references.
ABSTRACT GUIDELINES
- Maximum 250 words, written in past tense.
- Should clearly summarize:
- Purpose
- Design/Methodology/Approach
- Findings
- Practical Implications
- Originality/Value
- Avoid abbreviations and references in the abstract.
- Include relevant keywords
TABLES AND FIGURES
- Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively (Table 1, Table 2; Figure 1, Figure 2).
- Titles must be placed above and should be italicized.
- Sources must be mentioned below.
- Use high-resolution black & white or grayscale images only.
- Avoid unnecessary complexity and excessive number of tables/figures.
- Ensure proper permissions for reproduced content.
METHODOLOGY REQUIREMENT
- The manuscript must clearly specify the research methodology.
- For survey-based studies, include:
- Sampling method
- Sample size
- Nature of sampling
- Time period of the study
REFERENCING
- Follow APA 7th Edition style.
- References must:
- Be cited in the text
- Be listed alphabetically at the end
- Only cited references should be included (no bibliography).
FORMATTING AND STYLE
- Main headings: UPPERCASE, bold
- Sub-headings: Title Case, bold and italicized
- Minimize the use of footnotes, italics, and quotation marks
- Avoid raw data codes (e.g., SPSS codes) in tables
- Refer to tables/figures by number within the text
ETHICAL DISCLOSURES
The following must be included before the references:
- Author Contributions
- Conflict of Interest
- Funding Acknowledgements
REVIEW AND PUBLICATION PROCESS
- The journal follows a rigorous double-blind peer review process.
- Being a half-yearly journal, the publication process may take a few months.
- Due to a high volume of submissions, the review process may take up few months.
- Only manuscripts that successfully pass the review process and required revisions are accepted.
